T04 Roff Glass Tile Adhesive is a high-performance adhesive specifically formulated for the installation of glass tiles. T02 Roff Non Skid Tile Adhesive is a high-performance adhesive designed specifically for securing tiles in both residential and commercial applications. Its non-skid properties ensure a strong bond that prevents tile movement, enhancing safety and durability. This adhesive is suitable for various surfaces, including concrete, cement, and plaster, making it versatile for different installation environments. Method of Application

• The surface to be tiled should be clean and sound. Old surfaces must be free from wax, grease, polish, etc.
• Add 3 - 3.5 parts of Roff NSA powder to 1 part of water. 
• Mix with a trowel / slow speed drills (50 - 100 rpm) until a lump free homogeneous paste is obtained.
• Always mix the required quantity, which can be consumed with in the prescribed pot life.
• Leave the mixture for 5 min. before using it.
• Spread the adhesive to a required thickness and comb with a suitable notched trowel. Strictly apply the adhesive paste which can be tiled with in 10 to 15 mins.
• Intermittently touch the adhesive paste on substrate by finger. If the adhesive sticks to fingers then continue tiling and if not scrape off the adhesive and apply new coat.
• Start placing the tiles on the surface to be tiled. Tap the tiles properly to ensure complete coverage of the backside of tiles and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids.
• Keep joints between two-tiles using tile spacers.
• Allow tiling to set for 24 hours and start filling joints next day with Roff Rainbow Tile Mate.
• Use mechanical clamps for holding the heavy stones in positions on vertical surface if required.

Precautions & Limitations

• Always add powder to water and not water to powder
• Do not add more water than recommended.
• Do not add sand or cement at site.
• Before doing tile-on-tile application, ensure that the original tiling surface is in sound condition.
• In case of undulations in the existing floor, rectify the same before applying Roff Non-Skid Adhesive.
• Strictly not recommended for the direct use on gypsum plaster, paint, wood & metal.

• Do not use for vertical cladding of heavy stone. Start from down to up.

High polymer modified adhesive for fixing tiles and natural stone on interior and exterior floor & wall.

Designed especially for interior and exterior floor and wall installations of all types of ceramic tile, vitreous/vitrified, semi-vitreous tile, glass mosaic tiles, precast terrazzo, - and natural stones over concrete and on a variety of substrates. Good underwater shear bond allows this product to be used for wet areas like swimming pools, sauna, water bodies and washrooms. Can also be used as slurry bond adhesive in wet on wet applications, tile on tile applications.

Coverage: Approx. 55-60 Sft per 20 kg pack using 1/4͟x 1/4͟(6mm x 6mm) square notched trowel for a bed of 3mm.
